SHIPPING POLICY

At Kanivi Hair, we want to ensure that you have smooth shopping experience with us. Please note that we have standard processing time of 24 hours before we ship out your order, which may be subject to change during sales or holidays. We offer free delivery via USPS which takes 1-3 business days, and express shipping via USPS which takes 1-2 business days. To avoid shipping delays, please ensure that you provide accurate billing information and ship to the billing address. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please email us at kanivihair@gmail.com with your order number. Thank you for choosing Kanivi Hair!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kanivi Hair, we ensure that our products undergo a quality assurance process to guarantee that they free of imperfections. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different, please contact our customer service at kanihair@gmail.com within 3 business days of the receipt date. We'll be happy to exchange the hair if it does not meet our brand standards. However, please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund if the product has been unraveled, co-washed, or manipulated in any manner from its original state. As per Federal law, human hair products that have been used cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Therefore, please return the item in its original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. The product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
